Most people come in asking for window tint because they want their car to look better, and that is a completely fair reason on its own. Darker is not the point, heat rejection is

Standard dyed window film mostly just darkens the glass. It cuts glare and gives you privacy, but it does not do much to stop heat from building up inside the car. Ceramic film is built differently. A quick note on quality

Not all ceramic film performs the same, and neither does every install. A film applied without proper edge trimming or with dust trapped underneath will show it within weeks, no matter how good the material is on paper. We take the time to prep the glass properly and cut every piece to fit the exact curve of your windows, front windshield included, because a tint job with visible bubbles or peeling edges undoes the whole point of doing it in the first place.
